About Us

The Willows Residents' Association was formed for residents of: Bittern Close, Heron Close, Kingfisher Drive, Osprey Close, Swan Mead, Teal Way & The Mallards. The aim is to improve the local area for the local residents and the wider community. We are an avid supporter of local businesses, so please contact us to see how we can help promote your activities.

We undertake organised events for the residents, wider neighbourhood, friends and guests to participate in. The WRA liaise directly with the Councils to ensure the estate is correctly maintained and act as a voice for residents at the local NMPC meetings. The WRA works closely with the Canal & River Trust to manage the canal bank.Use this space to add more details about your site, a customer quote, or to talk about important news.

Constitution

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • The association shall represent the interests of all its members by agreeing in advance its aims and rules.

  • The constitution covers the aims of the association, who is eligible to become a member, how it will be run, how decisions will be taken, and how changes may be made at a later date to meet future needs.

  • The constitution is a binding agreement.
